		<description>well done Tania and Nick.  it is encouraging to see that the money spent at the high performance institute seems to have direct and measurable impact on the results.  makes me want to spend some pocket money there - but only once my ankle is fully healed and i can do the no doubt strenuous training that they will demand.</description>
