Venue
SA Sprint Champs take place at Pretoria Boys High School. GOC Champs will be held at Hennops River Valley / Hennops Farm. Each venue has an event centre.

Description of the Terrain
The Sprint Championship
Held at Pretoria Boys High School, the grounds consist of a complex of buildings and sports fields, interspersed with areas of forest. The map is 1:4000 scale with 2m contours drawn according to the ISSOM 2007 standard.
The Middle distance area
Hennops Farm is an undulating area consisting of mixed grassland, dense bush and rocky outcrops. Portions of the map will be used on both days. The map is a 1:10 000 full colour ISOM 2000 standard.
The Long distance area
Hennops Farm is an undulating area consisting of mixed grassland, dense bush and rocky outcrops. Portions of the map will be used on both days. The map is a 1:15 000 full colour ISOM 2000.
Note – 1:10 000 scale maps will be made available to the appropriate age categories.
