High Performance

High Performance refers to elite level performance at junior and senior level in international competition.

The approach that the SOAF has adopted is documented in the High Performance Strategic Plan 2011-2013. The visible face of this strategy will be the General Selection Policy and the Seasonal Selection Policy documents.

Thanks to the British Orienteering Federation for allowing us to use and abuse their Selection Policy documents. These documents will serve as the guideline for the Selection Committee for 2013 selections.
