National Teams
Members of the Junior and Senior Teams are selected from the National Squads to represent South Africa internationally at the World Orienteering Championships, World Cup and World Games.
The dates for the major international events of 2011 are:
- 1-9 July 2011, World Junior Orienteering Championships. Rumia-Wejherowo, Poland
- 28 June – 8 July 2011, World Masters Orienteering Championships. Pecs, Hungary
- 13-20 August 2011, World Orienteering Championships. Savoie Grand Revard, France

Youth Squad Overseas Tour
Cian Oldknow has taken the opportunity to gain experience overseas by joining Colin Dutkiewicz at WMOC in Hungary.
Non squad members attending are Christie Courtnage and Sarah Dutkiewicz. Colin will share chaperone duties with Margaret Archibald.
