As part of their Expansion Plan, SAOF held two mapping courses at the beginning of December to teach basic map making skills.
SASCOC Membership Re-application
Due to various challenges with the administration of affiliated sporting bodies, SASCOC is requiring all members to reapply for membership by mid-January 2013. So your SAOF administration team will be hard at work over the festive period compiling the necessary documentation.
SA’s 2013 World Ranking Events
The SAOF’s application for three events in 2013 to be awarded WRE status has been successful. We wish the organisers the best of luck.

Big 5 O Week 2014
The first Big 5 O Week was held in January 2012 and this successful five-day orienteering event will again be held in January 2014.
