The SAOF requests applications for a new High Performance (HP) Manager, to be effective in the position from 21 November 2014 to 31 August 2015. Only candidates with proven ability to offer high-level orienteering skills training will be considered.
The HP Manager’s role is to review (with input from the selection committee) the HP strategic plan and the selection policy, communicate with high performance athletes, manage the HP budget, oversee selection of squads and coaches/managers (in conjunction with the selection committee), and is responsible for organisation of training camps and entries to international events. 2013/2014 Policy documents can be seen at:
